Dairy-Free Panna Cotta

Our take on the classic – a delicious dessert with the added benefits of Planted Seeds Sea Moss Gel. 

Ingredients (for 4 servings)

  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup  Planted Seeds Gold Sea Moss Gel
  • ¼ cup maple syrup (or agave)
  • 1 ½ tsp agar agar powder (vegan gelatin)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, mix coconut milk, almond milk, and Planted Seeds Sea Moss Gel until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a saucepan. Add agar agar, maple syrup, vanilla, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, whisking often. Let it simmer for 2–3 mins until agar dissolves completely.
  4. Divide evenly into 4 ramekins or jars. Let cool, then refrigerate 2–4 hours until set.
  5. Serve with berries, coconut whip, or a drizzle of maple syrup
