Packaging

Customers can choose to purchase gels in glass or plastic containers. Both options are reusable and recyclable, reducing our carbon footprint. Do not freeze glass jars. We are not responsible for any damage to glass jars that have been frozen. 

Please make sure to track the delivery and refrigerate as soon as the package arrives. We are not responsible for items that are not refrigerated immediately upon delivery. 

Locations & Shipping Method

Please ensure the shipping address you entered is correct. We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error. Avoid shipping to PO boxes, postal lockers, or other addresses where you will not have access to the package upon delivery. 

To avoid carrier delays, shipping options to some areas, particularly those outside the northeast United States, are limited to expedited shipping to ensure timely delivery. Our gels typically ship 3-day service or less and are not available to remote areas of the U.S. or internationally. We invite customers in remote U.S. or international customers to try our dry moss products. Our 2-ounce package of dry moss can make up to 32 ounces of gel by following the three simple steps on the package.

Shipping Dates & Delivery

To avoid potential unforeseen delays or holdups with our shippers, most orders are sent out Monday through Wednesday, avoiding weekends and holidays. As with most perishable items, customers are responsible for tracking the delivery and must make sure to refrigerate immediately upon receipt, as we are not responsible for items left unrefrigerated once delivered. 

International Shipping

We are currently shipping our dry goods internationally to Canada and select countries in Europe. While our products are tax exempt per U.S. law as they are considered food items, some countries may place an additional duty on your shipment. You the recipient will be required to pay this duty to release the package. We are not responsible for this fee, nor can we predict it.

Customs & VAT

For all orders shipped outside the U.S., be aware that our prices do not account for customs duties or VATs that may be added by your country upon receipt. Please educate yourself about potential costs and delivery delays before placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any additional cost or delivery delays your package may incur.
